Home made yogurt is the start. Take lots of it. The quantity of yogurt is equivalent to the quantity of butter output!
Put all the yogurt in Theki (wooden container)
Now pour some hot water
Set the churner to make it ready for churning!
Thats it churning!!!
Churning becomes easier when you start imagining the delicious butter….
Add some cold water as you see thick layer forming on the top. then slowly move the churner to let the butter set
